nana chkareuli

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Nana was born in Akhalgori. She graduated from Shota Rustaveli Theatre and Film Georgia State University with a Bachelor of Art in Cultural Study. A few years later Nana established the non-governmental organization For Better Future (now Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Hub) in Akhalgori and started working on women and youth issues.
​
After the war in August 2008, the Akhalgori population moved to the Tserovani IDP Settlement, and For Better Future, led by Nana, started operating with a totally new direction - to build a strong IDP community and promote the economic and social welfare of women and youth through self-empowerment equal representation.

Ekaterine zaridze

INTERNATIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

Ekaterine was born in Akhalgori. She graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Studies. Since 2015, she has been a part of the Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Hub team and manages international projects.

SALOME MINDIASHVILI

YOUTH PROGRAM MANAGER

Salome was born in Tskhinvali Region. She graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor of Social and Political Science. She is studying for her master's degree in applied social psychology at Tbilisi State University.

Salome has five years of experience of  working with young people. She worked as a social worker for two years. Salome joined Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Hub in July 2018 and currently is a trainer and  youth program manager.

ANA AKHLOURI

PROJECT COORDINATOR

Ana was born in Akhalgori. She is currently studying Economics at Tbilisi State University.
Since 2019 Ana has coordinated local projects at Mtskheta-Mtianeti Regional Hub  and manages social media for the social enterprise Ikorta.

RUSudan morbeDadze

FINANCIAL MANAGER

Rusudan was born in Akhalgori. She graduated from Tbilisi State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Humanities. 
Since 2017, Rusudan has been actively working at Ikorta Enamel Jewelry Studio, a social enterprise originally founded by For Better Future, and is responsible for the financial management of projects implemented by the organization.
